How do I change my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address through your member area, but we recommend contacting our team as well to make sure the change is applied correctly to your next shipment.

To change your address:

  1. Log in with the email address and password used for your membership.

  2. Go to your account or membership information.

  3. Update your shipping address.

After that, please email [email protected] to let us know you changed your address. This allows our team to confirm that the new address will be used for your next shipment.

Important: if your order is already being prepared or has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address for that box. In that case, our team will check the best way to help you.
